We are seeking a dedicated Non-profit Program Manager for a remote part-time contract position (20-25 hours per week). The role involves attending in-person (Orlando)/virtual events and meetings, providing client support through phone calls and emails, conducting intakes, offering advocacy, safety planning, and referrals, coordinating support groups and workshops, and assisting with administrative tasks and grant reporting requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate flexibility in handling diverse responsibilities to contribute to the organization's mission of empowering individuals in need.
