About Our Guest Speaker

Dr Manjula Kottapalli is a psychiatrist practicing in Orlando Florida. She is board certified in Adult Psychiatry and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Graduated MBBS from Osmania medical college in India. She completed her Residency and fellowship at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland Ohio and has been in practice for 25 years. Her scope of practice is extensive from Childhood onset disorders to Adulthood. 

She is currently an Associate program director at HCA Psychiatry residency program/ UCF.  She is well versed in the area of medication management and psychotherapy and has a holistic approach towards each individual.

Her practice is geared towards treatment of ADHD, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Major Depression, PTSD and Autism. Dr. Kottapalli is the recipient of many national awards and honors and a Fellow of American Psychiatric Association.

The mission of Shakthi US is to provide a space for survivors of domestic and intimate partner abuse, with a focus on the South Asian community. By providing a safe space and culturally sensitive resources we assist families in building independent lives free of violence.
